The anti-rolling safety cover plate comprises a base; a lower clamping seat is fixedly mounted on theupper surface of the base in a welding manner; an upper clamping seat is fixedly installed on the lower clamping seat; the middle of the upper surface of the upper clamping seat is fixedly connectedwith the bottom end of a telescopic rod; the top end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with the center of the bottom face of a flat plate; the telescopic rod is sleeved with a first spring; the two ends of the flat plate are hinged to the top ends of pressure-proof plates through rotating shafts respectively; the other ends of the pressure-proof plates are erected on the ground; a wear-resisting plate is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the base. In the using process of the cover plate, a driver is reminded to improve road safety; by damping a vehicle, the passing comfort of the vehicle is improved; a water pipe is prevented from directly contacting with the ground so that damage to the water pipe is avoided; and the wear-resisting plate is convenient to replace and use.
