Pile frame system of waterborne detachable multi-positioning pile driving barge
The invention discloses a pile frame system of a waterborne detachable multi-positioning pile driving barge. The pile frame system comprises a ship body and a first frame. A supporting plate is fixedly arranged on one lateral side of the top end of the ship body. A hinge base is fixedly arranged at the top end of the supporting plate. The hinge base is hinged to the bottom end of the first frame through a pin shaft. The top end of the first frame is fixedly connected with the bottom end of a second frame through a connecting mechanism. The top end of the second frame is fixedly connected withthe bottom end of a third frame through a connecting mechanism. The pile frame system has the advantages that the frames are horizontally arranged on the upper side of the ship body by means of threetimes of frame inverting, the height of the inverted pile frames is reduced to the maximum extent, the navigability of the pile driving barge is effectively improved, and since the height of the gravity center of the pile frames is reduced, the stability of the pile driving barge during towing is remarkably increased; and then, by means of the connecting mechanisms, the connection between the first frame, the second frame and the third frame is conveniently realized, and therefore the height of the frames is flexibly adjusted to be suitable for different environments.
本发明公开了一种水上可拆卸多定位打桩船桩架系统,包括船体和第一框架,船体顶端的一边侧固定设有支撑板,支撑板的顶端固定设有铰接座,铰接座通过销轴与第一框架的底端铰接,第一框架的顶端通过连接机构与第二框架的底端固定连接,第二框架的顶端通过连接机构与第三框架的底端固定连接,本发明的有益效果是:通过三次倒架使框架水平设置在船体的上方,最大限度的降低了倒置后的桩架高度,有效提升了打桩船的可通航能力,并且因降低了桩架的重心高度,明显增加了打桩船拖航时的稳定性;其次通过设置的连接机构便于实现第一框架、第二框架以及第三框架之间的连接,从而灵活调整该框架的高度,使之适用于不同的环境。
