The invention provides a gypsum-based fabricated terrace module, a terrace system and a construction method of the terrace system. The gypsum-based assembly type floor module comprises a main body layer, the main body layer comprises a plurality of unit modules formed through pouring and a filling layer, the unit modules are spliced, each unit module is of a square blocky structure, a first channel is formed in the side wall of each unit module, and each first channel is of an annular structure and penetrates through the peripheral side wall face of the corresponding unit module; second channels are formed in the surfaces, facing the main body layer, of the unit modules, are located at the vertex angles of the unit modules and communicate with the first channels; and the filling layer is filled in the first channel and the second channel so as to splice and fix the plurality of unit modules. By means of the structural arrangement, the unit modules can be directly spliced on the construction site, cement large sand leveling construction or gypsum-based self-leveling leveling construction does not need to be conducted, and therefore the problems existing in the cement large sand leveling construction or the gypsum-based self-leveling leveling construction can be effectively solved.
本发明提供一种石膏基装配式地坪模块、地坪系统及其施工方法。石膏基装配式地坪模块包括主体层,主体层包括多个浇筑成型的单元模块和填充层,多个单元模块拼接设置,单元模块为方形块状结构,单元模块的侧壁设置有第一通道,第一通道为环形结构,并贯穿单元模块的四周侧壁面,单元模块朝向主体层的表面设置有第二通道,第二通道位于单元模块的顶角处,并连通于第一通道;填充层填充于第一通道和所述第二通道内,以将多个单元模块拼接固定。如此的结构设置,可以直接在施工现场拼接单元模块,而无需进行水泥大沙找平施工或石膏基自流平找平施工,这样可以有效地解决水泥大沙找平施工或石膏基自流平找平施工存在的难题。
