The invention provides a production park based on a vertical continuous heat-treatment furnace workshop. The production park comprises a plurality of production areas which can realize a complete technological chain from raw materials to finished products, wherein each production area comprises a main production workshop, auxiliary production workshops, a raw material warehouse, a finished productwarehouse, a transformation and distribution station, a circulating cooling water supply station and a protective gas supply station; and a plurality of vertical continuous heat-treatment furnaces are disposed inside the main production workshop, each main production workshop is a multi-working-layer production workshop, production units in one-to-one correspondence to vertical continuous heat-treatment furnace production lines in the main production workshop are disposed in the auxiliary production workshops, each production unit in each auxiliary production worship communicates with a corresponding production unit in the main production workshop via multiple corridors, the multiple production areas are arranged in parallel, and two areas in each pair of production areas are distributedsymmetrically. A park production system can give full play to advantages of the vertical continuous heat-treatment furnaces, so that production and transportation in the park are more orderly and organized, and the raw materials and the products can be fully isolated.
本发明提出了一种基于立式连续热处理炉车间的生产园区，所述生产园区包括多个可实现从原料到产成品完全工艺链的生产区域，每个生产区域包括主生产车间，辅助生产车间，原料库，成品库，变配电站，循环冷却水供给站，保护气体供给站；所述主生产车间内部设置多台立式连续热处理炉，主生产车间为多工作层生产车间，辅助生产车间内设有与主生产车间立式连续热处理炉生产线一一对应的生产单元，辅助生产车间中的每个生产单元与对应的主生产车间中的生产单元通过多道廊桥连通，多个生产区域并列布置，每一对生产区域中的两个区域呈对称分布。本园区生产系统能充分发挥立式连续热处理炉的优势，使得园区的生产与运输更加有秩序，有条理，原料与产品充分隔离。
