The invention provides a crack-free combined aluminum wooden door. The crack-free combined aluminum wooden door comprises an upper frame, a lower frame, a left frame, a right frame and a middle panel.The upper frame, the lower frame, the left frame and the right frame are mutually connected to form a rectangular frame structure, and a through hole capable of being used for mounting the middle panel is formed in the middle of the rectangular frame structure. The upper and lower frames are perpendicularly connected with the left and right frames. The left frame is of a cuboid structure, and theside, close to the middle panel, of the left frame is provided with a first slot. The two ends of the upper frame are each provided with an insertion plate, the thickness of the insertion plates is the same as the slot diameter of the first slot, and the insertion plates can be inserted into the first slot. The outer surfaces of the two sides of the insertion plates are attached to the wall of the first slot, the upper frame and the insertion plates are integrally formed, the insertion plates are in smooth transition connection with the upper frame, and the upper frame and the left frame areconnected through insertion of the insertion plates and the first slot. The connection mode between the two ends of the upper and lower frames and the left and right frames is the same as that betweenthe upper frame and the left frame.
