The invention discloses a combined aluminum wood door which comprises a door leaf assembly and a door frame assembly, the door leaf assembly comprises a solid wood frame, a wood panel, a carbon steel pipe and an aluminum honeycomb, and the door frame assembly comprises two long sealing edges, two short sealing edges and four corner connectors. The invention further discloses a process for assembling the aluminum wooden door by using the combined aluminum wooden door. The combined type aluminum wooden door is simple in structural composition and assembly process, easy to produce, transport and assemble on site, high in assembly speed and free of professional installation personnel, and ordinary personnel can conduct assembly work.
