The invention is applicable to communication construction cable arrangement, and provides a communication construction cable burying device. The device is characterized by comprising a machine body, awinding body, a cable conveying pipe frame, a landfill cover, a sliding rod, a first pull rod, a second pull rod and a pressing wheel, wherein the winding body is arranged in the machine body in a penetrating mode, the cable conveying pipe frame is located on the lower right part of the winding body, the cable conveying pipe frame can move relative to the machine body, the cable conveying pipe frame and the machine body are positioned through positioning holes, the landfill cover is arranged in the machine body, the sliding rod is arranged right above the landfill cover, the sliding rod is arranged in the machine body in a penetrating mode, the sliding rod is arranged at one end of the first pull rod and one end of the second pull rod in a penetrating mode, and the end, which is away fromthe sliding rod, of the first pull rod and the end, which is away from the sliding rod, of the second pull rod are connected with the shaft part of the pressing wheel. When cables are laid, it shouldbe guaranteed that the cables are kept in a straight line state underground, the two cables do not intersect, the buried depth of the cables can be adjusted by adjusting the height of the cable conveying pipe frame, and the problem that an insulating layer is broken due to intersection of the two cables is solved through independent circular hole channels of the cable conveying pipe frame.
