The invention discloses a spraying arm of a cable burying machine for submarine cable laying, the spraying arm extends along the front-back direction, the spraying arm is provided with a bottom wall, the bottom wall is provided with a nozzle for spraying water to a seabed, the direction which is located on the plane where the bottom wall is located and is vertical to the front-back direction is marked as the left-right direction, and the nozzle comprises a middle nozzle and a middle part which is located on the bottom wall; the left nozzle is located on the left side of the middle nozzle and gradually inclines rightwards from back to front; the right nozzle is located on the right side of the middle nozzle and gradually inclines leftwards from back to front; the straight line where a nozzle of the left nozzle faces is recorded as L1, the straight line where a nozzle of the right nozzle faces is recorded as L2, and the straight line L1 and the straight line L2 are basically distributed in a bilateral symmetry mode with the front-back direction X as the symmetry axis. A seabed soil layer can be easily flushed open, so that the ditching depth is increased, and the ditching depth is larger than 2.5 m and even can reach 4 m; in addition, the ditching efficiency is high.
