The invention discloses a prefabricated wall hoisting device with high stability. The prefabricated wall hoisting device comprises a floor of building and a wall body, wherein a fixed rack is arrangedon the upper surface of the building; a support rod is fixed on the upper surface of the fixed rack through a bolt; a first guide wheel set is hinged to the top end of the support rod; a sling is arranged on the outer surface of the first guide wheel set; a winding machine is connected with one end of the sling; a fixed plate is connected with the other end of the sling; a connecting rod is arranged on the inner side of the fixed plate; a fixed fixture block is fixed to one end of the connecting rod through the bolt; a movable fixture block is arranged at the other end of the connecting rod;a connecting shaft is arranged on the inner side of the movable fixture block in a penetrating manner; first connecting piles are welded to the two ends of the connecting shaft; and a reinforcing rackis arranged on the upper surface, close to the left side of the fixed rack, of the building. The prefabricated wall hoisting device is convenient in installation, is provide with a hoisting guide structure, improves the stability when the hoisting equipment hoists, can be conveniently fixed to take the wall, and improves the construction efficiency.
