The invention discloses an antibacterial ceramic glaze with good acid and alkali resistance performances. The glaze comprises the following components, by mass: 90 percent of finished glaze, 1 to 2 percent of calcined aluminum oxide, 2 to 3 percent of zinc oxide, 2 to 2.5 percent of antibacterial agent, 0.3 to 0.4 percent of sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.1 to 0.15 percent of sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and 0.01 to 0.02 percent of ethyl p-hydroxybenzoate. The viscosity of the finished glaze during firing is improved by adding a high-temperature fluxing agent into the finished glaze, so that bubbles generated in the molten state of raw materials in the finished glaze are prevented from rising and appearing on the surface layer part of the glaze layer, and the acid and alkali corrosion resistance of the glaze layer is prevented from being reduced due to more pores in the surface layer during polishing of the glaze layer. The invention also provides a preparation method of the antibacterial ceramic glaze with good acid and alkali resistance performances and a preparation method of a ceramic tile containing the antibacterial ceramic glaze with good acid and alkali resistance performances. The preparation process is simple, the acid resistance of the prepared ceramic tile is grade A, and the alkali resistance of the prepared ceramic tile is grade B.
