The invention discloses a preparation process of a gypsum-based sandwich light partition wall gangplank, and relates to the technical field of partition wall gangplank processing technologies. The invention aims to solve the problem that the quality of partition wall boards is affected due to the fact that stirred raw material slurry is directly formed and bubbles in the raw material slurry are not completely discharged during preparation of gypsum-based sandwich light partition wall gangplanks on the market at present. The preparation process comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out casual inspection on ingredients; 2, loading each ingredient into a storage bin corresponding to the ingredient; 3, conveying the ingredients to a stirring tank through a screw elevator and a water pump,and controlling the use amounts of the ingredients through a metering pump; 4, providing a stirring tank for stirring to obtain raw material slurry; 5, driving the raw material slurry in a mold to vibrate through a high-speed vibration motor; 6, molding the raw material slurry in a molding machine mold; 7, standing the gypsum base, and then carrying out steam curing; and 8, filling with a foam sandwich.
本发明公开了一种石膏基夹芯轻质隔墙跳板的制备工艺,涉及隔墙跳板加工工艺技术领域,为解决目前市面上的石膏基夹芯轻质隔墙跳板制备时搅拌完成后的原料浆直接进行成型处理,原料浆中的气泡还未完全排出,从而会影响隔墙板的品质的问题。步骤1:首先将配料进行抽检;步骤2:将各配料装入配料对应的储藏仓;步骤3:通过螺旋提升机和水泵,将各配料进行向搅拌罐传输,通过计量泵对各配料使用量进行控制;步骤4:此时提供搅拌罐进行搅拌,得原料浆;步骤5:通过高速振动电机带动模具内的原料浆进行振动;步骤6:原料浆在成型机模具中成型;步骤7:将上述石膏基静置,再进行蒸汽养护;步骤8:装入泡沫夹心。
