The invention provides a preparation process of a fabricated light steel skeleton gypsum wall body. The preparation process comprises the following processing processes: S1, preparing a basic material: preparing U-shaped steel and a dovetail floor support plate from raw material gypsum slurry; s2, beam body preparation, wherein light steel keel foundation beams are fixed to the four corners of the base, and the upper ends of the light steel keel foundation beams are annularly fixed; u-shaped steel is fixed to the inner side of the light steel keel beam in the step S2 through bolts to achieve fixation of a cross beam, after fixation is completed, a dovetail floor slab is fixed through expansion screws, and then a gypsum layer is poured; a plurality of reinforcing beams are arranged between the longitudinal light steel keel foundation beams in the step S2, concrete particle light heat preservation concrete is poured between the adjacent reinforcing beams, then the two sides of the outer side wall body are detachably connected with anti-crack faces through the reinforcing beams, and then gypsum slurry is sprayed. The foundation beam is prepared through the multiple pieces of U-shaped steel, then the bottom plate is supported, and finally spraying and pouring are conducted, so that construction is simpler.
本发明提供装配式轻钢骨架石膏墙体制备工艺,包括以下加工工艺:S1基础材料:进行原材料石膏浆料的制备U型钢和燕尾楼承板;S2梁体制备:在基座四角上进行轻钢龙骨基础梁的固定,在轻钢龙骨基础梁上端进行环形固定;S3楼板制备:在步骤S2中的轻钢龙骨梁内侧通过螺栓固定U型钢来实现横梁的固定,固定完成后在通过膨胀螺丝固定燕尾楼板,在进行石膏层浇筑;S4墙体的制备:将步骤S2中纵向的轻钢龙骨基础梁之间设置多个加固梁,相邻加固梁之间灌注砼粒轻质保温混凝土,然后在外侧墙体两侧通过加固梁可拆卸连接抗裂面,在通过喷涂石膏浆。通过多根U行钢进行基础梁的制备在进行底板的支撑,最后进行喷涂和浇灌,从而使得施工更为的简单。
