Eutectic fluorescent composite ceramic as well as preparation method and application thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of functional materials, in particular to eutectic fluorescent composite ceramic as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The eutectic fluorescent composite ceramic provided by the invention is Ce < 3 + > and Cr < 3 + > co-doped Al2O3-YAG eutectic fluorescent ceramic, and by taking a YAG phase in the Al2O3-YAG eutectic fluorescent ceramic as a reference, the doping amount of Cr < 3 + > is 0.2-0.6 wt.%. In the invention, the doping of Cr < 3 + > changes the crystal field around Ce < 3 + >, so that the 5d energy level of Ce < 3 + > ions is changed, and the color rendering index of the eutectic fluorescent ceramic can be improved. Results of embodiments show that the eutectic fluorescent composite ceramic provided by the invention has a color rendering index of 71.3-80, and the color rendering index is increased by 19.0% compared with that of single Ce < 3 + > doped eutectic fluorescent ceramic.
