The invention discloses a multilayer composite fluorescent ceramic and a preparation method thereof. According to the invention, the Y<2.94-x>LuAl<5>O<12>: 0.06Ce<3+> fluorescent ceramic is prepared by vacuum sintering, x is the doping molar percentage of Lu<3+> ion, and x is more than or equal to 0.00 and less than or equal to 0.10; and a layer of transition powder and a layer of red fluorescent powder are respectively screen-printed on a fluorescent ceramic chip through a screen printing technology, and finally, organic components are removed by using a laser ablation method so as to prepare the multilayer composite fluorescent ceramic. The multilayer composite fluorescent ceramic prepared by the invention can realize broadband emission with a peak value of 525-650 nm under the excitation of blue light, and can realize warm white light emission, a color temperature of 3000 K-6000 K and a color rendering index of 75-92 after being packaged into a white light LED.
本发明公开了一种多层复合荧光陶瓷及制备方法,采用真空烧结制备了Y2.94‑xLuxAl5O12:0.06Ce3+荧光陶瓷,其中x为Lu3+离子掺杂摩尔百分数,0.00≤x≤0.10,并通过丝网印刷技术在荧光陶瓷片上分别丝印一层过渡粉体和一层红色荧光粉,最后使用激光烧蚀的方法除去有机成分,从而制得多层复合荧光陶瓷。本发明制得的多层复合荧光陶瓷材料在蓝光激发下,可实现峰值在525nm~650nm之间的宽带发射,封装成白光LED,可以实现暖白光发射,色温在3000K~6000K之间,显色指数在75~92之间。
