Deodorizing glaze material and preparation method of glazed tile using same
The invention discloses a deodorizing glaze material. The deodorizing glaze comprises the following raw materials, by mass: 3-15 parts of negative magnetic field powder, 15-25 parts of potassium feldspar, 12-18 parts of albite, 10-15 parts of limestone, 1-5 parts of zinc oxide, 8-12 parts of kaolin, 8-15 parts of aluminum oxide, 5-8 parts of calcined clay, 10-15 parts of talc and 5-8 parts of barium carbonate. The negative magnetic field powder contains ferric oxide and magnesium oxide, the content of the ferric oxide is 33-37% by mass, and the content of the magnesium oxide is less than or equal to 0.5% by mass. According to the deodorizing glaze material provided by the technical scheme, the glaze layer obtained by firing can radiate far infrared rays, and an iron cordierite crystal structure with high refractive index can be generated, so that the radiance of the far infrared rays is improved, and harmful gas in the environment is effectively removed. The invention further providesa preparation method of the glazed tile using the deodorizing glaze material; the steps do not comprise an iron removal process, and the deodorizing performance of the glazed tile can be ensured.
