The invention discloses antibacterial purification glaze and a preparation method of glazed tile using same. The antibacterial purification glaze is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 38 to 42 parts of feldspar, 8 to 10 parts of quartz, 12 to 14 parts of dolomite, 4 to 6 parts of calcined talcum powder, 4 to 6 parts of barium carbonate, 9 to 11 parts of strontium carbonate, 7 to 9 parts of calcined zinc oxide, 8 to 10 parts of frit A, 7 to 9 parts of kaolin and 1 to 2 parts of glaze modified material. According to the antibacterial purification glaze provided by the technical scheme, the surface of the glaze layer obtained by firing can release negative ions and radiate far infrared rays, and bacteria invading the surface of the glaze layer can be effectively destroyed and harmful gas in the environment can be effectively decomposed, so that antibacterial and air purification effects are achieved, and the defects in the prior art are overcome.
