The invention discloses a preparation method of an organic concrete retarder, and relates to the technical field of retarder preparation. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carryingout a polymerization reaction on N-hydroxyethyl acrylamide to prepare poly(N-hydroxyethyl acrylamide), and carrying out an esterification reaction on the poly(N-hydroxyethyl acrylamide) and suberic acid to prepare the retarder. The self-made novel retarder is used for solving the problem of poor retarding effect of the existing organic retarder; and the prepared novel retarder can enable concreteto present a good retarding effect under the condition of low mixing amount, can also ensure the retarding effect of the concrete under a high-temperature working environment, and solves the problemthat the retarding effect of a conventional organic retarder is suddenly reduced when the conventional organic retarder meets the high-temperature working environment.
本发明公开了一种有机混凝土缓凝剂的制备方法,涉及缓凝剂制备技术领域,先由N‑羟乙基丙烯酰胺经聚合反应制得聚(N‑羟乙基丙烯酰胺),再由聚(N‑羟乙基丙烯酰胺)与辛二酸经酯化反应制得缓凝剂;本发明通过自制新型缓凝剂来解决现有有机缓凝剂所存在的缓凝效果不佳的问题,所制新型缓凝剂在低掺量条件下即可使混凝土呈现良好的缓凝效果,并且在高温作业环境下也能保证混凝土的缓凝效果,解决了常规有机缓凝剂遇高温作业环境时缓凝效果骤降的问题。
