The invention relates to an embedded reinforced asphalt layer modified cement concrete pavement, which comprises a concrete base layer, a mounting hole is formed in the concrete base layer; insertingrods are inserted into the mounting holes; a connecting groove is formed in the upper surface of the concrete base layer; a first steel wire mesh is placed on the upper surface of the concrete base layer; a concrete layer is poured on the upper surface of the concrete base; a second steel wire mesh is laid on the concrete layer; a cobblestone layer is arranged on the concrete layer; a third steelwire mesh is laid on the upper surface of the cobblestone layer; an asphalt layer is poured on the cobblestone layer; mounting holes are formed in the concrete base layer; one end of the inserting rodis inserted into the mounting hole; one end of each inserting rod sequentially penetrates through the concrete layer, the first steel wire mesh, the cobblestone layer, the second steel wire mesh andthe third steel wire mesh, the ends, away from the mounting holes, of the inserting rods are located in the asphalt layer, the tensile strength and deformation resistance of the pavement are enhanced,cracks caused by differential settlement are effectively prevented, and the overall strength of the pavement structure is enhanced.
