The method comprises the steps: carrying out the modeling of all components of a swivel bridge, and carrying out the visual display of a proposed building; stress and deformation conditions ofthe swivel bridge in different construction stages are simulated through computer software, state analysis of the whole bridge in the construction period is conducted, and theoretical reference valuesof construction monitoring data are given; theoretical reference values of construction monitoring data of each stage of the bridge are given, monitoring work during construction is carried out according to construction monitoring technical requirements and heavy and difficult points of swivel bridge construction monitoring, and comparative analysis is carried out on the monitoring work and simulation data; solving a static friction coefficient, a dynamic friction coefficient and a frictional resistance even distance of the swivel system; color distinguishing display is carried out on the safety degrees of components at different stages and different positions, and meanwhile danger signals are automatically transmitted. According to the invention, the visualization of construction procedures and the checking of construction monitoring points, simulation data and monitoring data are realized.
