The invention discloses a bridge icing monitoring, early warning and handling system which comprises a meteorological monitoring and icing recognition system, an information integration and control system and an icing handling system, the icing handling system comprises a liquid supply device, a roadside spraying assembly and a speed reduction matching assembly, and the liquid supply device comprises a liquid storage tank, a centrifugal pump, a liquid conveying pipe and a regulation and control valve. The centrifugal pump is connected with the roadside spraying assembly and the speed reduction matching assembly through liquid conveying pipes, a regulating and controlling valve is installed on the portion, connected with the speed reduction matching assembly, of the liquid conveying pipes, and the speed reduction matching assembly comprises a positioning beam, a lifting piece, a speed reduction top block, a spraying vertical pipe and a backflow pipe set. A jet stand pipe is arranged in the deceleration top block, the backflow pipe set is communicated with the jet stand pipe and the regulation and control valve, a pressure limiting nozzle is installed at the upper end of the jet stand pipe, the deceleration top block is provided with an icing detection groove and a transmission chamber, and an infrared distance meter, a rotation detection piece and a driving piece are installed in the transmission chamber.
