The invention discloses a road safety vehicle speed control device. The device comprises a deceleration strip and an isolation pier, the road safety vehicle speed control device further comprises a deceleration body embedded in the road surface. A groove and a reset cavity are sequentially formed in the deceleration body from top to bottom. The inner wall of the reset cavity is vertically connected with a permanent magnet piston plate in a sealed and sliding mode. A plurality of evenly-distributed sliding rods are fixedly connected to the upper end of the permanent magnet piston plate, the upper ends of the multiple sliding rods penetrate through the reset cavity in a sealed mode and are fixedly connected with the lower end of the deceleration strip, and a jacking electromagnet which repels the permanent magnet piston plate is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the reset cavity. The method has the advantages that the method is simple; current is generated by airflow formed by quick driving of the vehicle; a variable resistance circuit is connected to change the resistance value of a sliding rheostat and connect a jacking circuit, the jacking electromagnet pushes the permanent magnet piston plate, the sliding rods and the deceleration strip to ascend, the isolation pier and the deceleration strip are logically combined together, the height of the deceleration strip protrudingout of the road surface can be adjusted according to the vehicle speed, and different deceleration effects are achieved.
