It comprises a frame plate, an intercepting mechanism, a driving mechanism and a triggering mechanism are arranged on the frame plate; the intercepting mechanism is connected with the driving mechanism; whereinthe driving mechanism is linked with the triggering mechanism, the intercepting mechanism comprises a support and an intercepting rod, the driving mechanism comprises a rotating shaft, a swing arm anda connecting rod, the triggering mechanism comprises a first substrate, a rack and a gear, the reset locking mechanism comprises a lock hole and a lock block, and the reset unlocking mechanism comprises a second substrate, a pull rope and a guide wheel. The device has the advantages that the intercepting rod can be reset only after the vehicle is completely driven away, the height of the intercepting rod is not limited, and vehicles of various types can be well prevented from retrograde running.
