Descaling, derusting and cleaning integrated trolley
A descaling, derusting and cleaning integrated trolley comprises a trolley body used for advancing, a rotating device and a derusting device, the rotating device and the derusting device are arrangedon the front portion of the trolley body, and a cab is arranged in the middle of the trolley body. The rotating device comprises a support plate, a support and lifting air cylinders, the support plateis approximately arranged at the front end of the trolley in the vertical direction, the lifting air cylinders are arranged on the two sides of the bottom of the support plate respectively, the lifting air cylinders are obliquely arranged, and the lifting air cylinders can enable the support plate to rotate obliquely upwards or obliquely downwards around the support; the rust removing device comprises a water gun device, a guide rail and a transmission device used for driving the water gun device to move along the guide rail. The water gun device comprises a high-pressure pump, a high-pressure pipe and a spray gun which are arranged in the horizontal direction. The water outlet end of the high-pressure pump is sequentially connected with the high-pressure pipe and the spray gun. High-pressure water spray washing is adopted, and the rust removal cost of the water jet technology is lower than that of dry sand blasting. The cleaning agent is suitable for cleaning concrete, rust and otherresidues in the center and on the surfaces of parts on the two sides of a construction site road, and is high in cleaning cleanliness.
