In the working process, when the snow removing shovel encounters an obstacle, a nut on a shovel support compresses a damping spring to complete the obstacle avoiding process; and the upper snow removing rod and the lower snow removing rod can move relatively to complete a telescoping process. Vibration generated during snow removal can be reduced, meanwhile, the obstacle avoidance function is achieved, and the telescopic snow removing shovel can adapt to workers with different heights byadopting a telescopic structure.
