The invention discloses an opposite clamping type prestressed cable-stayed foundation which comprises a lower anchor plate in a deep foundation pit, an upper anchor plate in a shallow foundation pit and finish-rolled deformed steel bars connected with the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate, wherein the finish-rolled deformed steel bars penetrating through inclined holes of the upper anchor plate and the lower anchor plate are tensioned through prestressed nuts, cement slurry is poured through a reserved grouting pipe until the cement slurry overflows from the top, and the grouting pipe is extracted. The parts, such as the prestressed nuts and the finish-rolled deformed steel bars at the upper and lower anchor plates, which are not wrapped by cement slurry are coated with asphaltfor anti-corrosion treatment, and the foundation pits of the upper and lower anchor plates are backfilled and compacted. The technical problems in the prior art that construction is high in cost anduneconomical, safety is poor, the construction quality cannot be guaranteed, and the reliability is poor are solved.
