The invention discloses a refrigerating unit eccentric vibration silencing system of an electromechanical equipment room. The refrigerating unit eccentric vibration silencing system comprises a foundation frame of a refrigerating unit and a concrete base layer, and the foundation frame is installed in a foundation pit of the concrete base layer; the foundation frame is composed of a lower frame, an upper frame, a unit base and a reinforcing frame; through an internally arranged spring, resonance is easily generated when the unit base generates eccentric vibration, energy generated by the resonance is absorbed under the arrangement of the spring, and a propagation source of the vibration is cut off within the range of the spring load and through resonance processing of the spring; and whenthe positions of a first left plate, a second left plate, a first right plate and a second right plate are moved, the pressure between the first left plate, the second left plate, the first right plate and the second right plate and a damping and silencing device can be changed, meanwhile, the spring can deform to different degrees, and the elastic coefficient of the spring is matched with the eccentric vibration frequency of the refrigerating unit by adjusting the deformation degree of the spring; and the optimal silencing state is kept all the time through continuous adjustment.
