Inclinometer pipe installation method
The invention discloses an inclinometer pipe installation method. According to the method, a drilling machine provided with a slurry pump, a sleeve and a rubber pipe are adopted for inclinometer pipeinstallation; the sleeve is of a double-layer pipe structure and is provided with a hollow channel, and the inner diameter of the sleeve is larger than the outer diameter of an inclinometer pipe so that the sleeve can sleeve the inclinometer pipe; in the drilling process, the inlet end of the slurry pump is used for pumping bentonite slurry through the connected rubber pipe, the outlet end of theslurry pump is connected with a hollow drill rod through a hose, and the slurry enters a drill hole through the hollow drill rod for wall protection; after the drill hole is drilled to the designed elevation of the hole bottom, the drill rod is taken out, and then the sleeve is put into the drill hole; then the rubber pipe at the inlet end of the slurry pump is inserted into the drill hole to pumpout the slurry, and then the inclinometer pipe is put into the sleeve section by section; and finally, the sleeve is gradually pulled out upwards, fine sand is uniformly injected into the hollow channel of the sleeve, and a gap between the drill hole and the inclinometer pipe is filled. According to the method, the hidden danger of later-stage inclinometer pipe floating is solved, and backfill can be densely sunk into the hole bottom.
本发明公开了一种测斜管安装方法,该方法采用配备泥浆泵的钻机、套管、橡胶管进行测斜管安装;所述套管为双层管结构,具有中空通道,套管的内径比测斜管的外径大,以使套管能够套在测斜管外部;钻孔过程中,泥浆泵的进口端用连接的橡胶管抽取膨润土泥浆,泥浆泵的出口端通过软管与中空钻杆连接,泥浆通过中空钻杆进入钻孔进行护壁;钻至孔底设计标高后,取出钻杆,然后将套管下放于钻孔;然后将泥浆泵的进口端的橡胶管插入钻孔内抽干泥浆,再将测斜管逐段下放于套管内;最后逐渐向上拔出套管,并向套管的中空通道中均匀的注入细砂,将钻孔与测斜管之间的缝隙填实。该方法解决了后期测斜管上浮的隐患,并且保证回填料能够密实的沉入孔底。
