The invention discloses a loader-digger for a construction site. The loader-digger structurally comprises a bucket, a traction moving part, a hydraulic motor, a hydraulic bucket rod, a movable arm, acab, a vehicle body, an engine, wheels, a crawling ladder and a digging arm. Long bucket teeth at the left end and the right end of the bucket are used for performing contact excavation on an excavation face when the improved loader-digger is used for excavation, the contact area between the long bucket teeth and the excavation face of the construction site is reduced, pressure is increased, and the long bucket teeth are easily inserted into mudstone. After the long bucket teeth on the two sides are inserted into mudstone, the mudstone starts to loosen through vibration of the bucket, so thatshort bucket teeth are inserted continuously to complete excavation operation. When soil is transported, a connecting rod and an auxiliary rod are used for fixing two pressing pieces to the digging arm, a movable pressing block is matched with a locking disc to lock and fix the movable arm and the digging arm at the same time, the movable arm and the digging arm fix the bucket to a traction position to limit the same, and the bucket is prevented from sinking; and surrounding workers or articles are protected, and the construction safety is improved.
