The dragging type water bottom sludge pumping device comprises a liftingmechanism arranged on the boat body and a sludge pumping mechanism arranged in a water body. The lifting mechanism is connected with the sludge pumping mechanism through a chain, and the sludge pumping mechanism can rise or sink through the chain. The sludge pumping mechanism comprises a scraper, a sludge pump and an obstacle detection device. The scraper comprises a main plate and a forwards-tilting plate. The sludge pump is fixed above the main plate, a sludge suction port is formed in the bottom end of the forwards-tilting plate, and the obstacle detection device is arranged on the outer side of the upper end of the forwards-tilting plate. The effect of removing sludge on the surface layer of a water bottom is good, the treatment cost is low, the problem that existing water body pollution treatment is palliative is solved, the phenomenon that blue-green algae burst out is reduced, the workboat can regularly do sanitation work throughout the year, and the water body can be kept clean normally.
