The invention discloses a full-water-domain dragging type water bottom sludge sucking device which comprises a lifting mechanism and a sludge sucking mechanism. The lifting mechanism is connected withthe sludge sucking mechanism through a chain and can lift up or put down the sludge sucking mechanism through the chain. The sludge sucking mechanism comprises a sludge scraper, a sludge sucking pumpand an obstacle detecting device. The sludge sucking plate comprises a main plate and a front inclined plate. The sludge sucking pump is fixed to the upper face of the main plate. A sludge sucking port is formed in the bottom end of the front inclined plate. The obstacle detecting device is arranged on the outer side of the upper end of the front inclined plate. The full-water-domain dragging type water bottom sludge sucking device has a good effect of cleaning up water bottom surface layer sludge, is low in treatment cost, and can solve the difficult situations that a temporary solution is taken but no root causes are solved for existing water body pollution and rich water sources in South China cannot be applied due to severe pollution; after major operation is implemented, regular cleaning is performed on a water body all year round through a workboat and the sludge sucking device, and the water body can be kept clean on a regular basis.
