The sewage removing mechanism is located over the sewage discharging mechanism and further disposed between the sewage discharging mechanism and the washing mechanism. The casing pipe assembly comprises a first casingpipe, a second casing pipe and a third casing pipe. The first casing pipe is arranged inside a top end opening of the second casing pipe in a sleeved mode. The third casing pipe is arranged inside a bottom end opening of the second casing pipe in a sleeved mode. The end, far away from the second casing pipe, of the first casing pipe is fixedly connected with a first flange. The unobstructed drainage pipe network for the drainage facilities has the beneficial effects that a conical separation filter screen is used for separating in the unobstructed drainage pipe network for the drainage facilities, and large impurities in sewage can move along the slope of the separation filter screen under the effect of gravity and water current impact force and thus can be obstructed and guided into an annular sewage storage space; and in addition, the separation filter screen and a scraper blade can be driven by a motor to rotate at a high speed.
