The invention discloses a drainage pipe network detection assembly which comprises a detection assembly which comprises a detection frame, a light source and a photoreceptor, the light source and the photoreceptor are oppositely arranged on the detection frame in the horizontal direction, and fluid passes through the space between the light source and the photoreceptor; the driving assembly penetrates through the valve port to drive the detection frame to move up and down, so that the light source and the photoreceptor extend into the liquid in the drainage pipe to detect the liquid level in the drainage pipe according to the height of the detection frame while detecting the turbidity of the liquid. The invention further discloses a drainage pipe network. According to the drainage pipe network detection assembly and the drainage pipe network thereof, the detection frame is controlled to ascend and descend through the driving assembly, the liquid level and turbidity parameters of liquid in a drainage pipe can be detected at the same time through cooperation of the light source and the photoreceptor, and whether the drainage pipe is normally used or not can be judged according to the multiple sets of parameters; the method is not only suitable for transforming an old drainage pipe network, but also favorable for reducing the detection cost of a newly-built drainage pipe network.
