The invention relates to a connecting device for building heat preservation and structure integration. The connecting device comprises a connecting piece, wherein the connecting piece is sleeved witha fixing disc, a plastic gasket and a plastic connecting sleeve; the connecting piece sequentially penetrates through the fixing disc, the plastic gasket and the plastic connecting sleeve; a heat preservation layer is arranged between the fixing disc and the plastic gasket; a concrete outer wall and a concrete protective layer are arranged on the two sides of the heat preservation layer; the plastic connecting sleeve is provided with ribs for reinforcement; the fixing disc is provided with a notch; one end of the connecting piece is provided with a bridge-cutoff waterproof cap, and the other end of the connecting piece is provided with a viscous buckle; the viscous buckle is connected with the plastic connecting sleeve; the end of the connecting piece is provided with a fixing piece; and the end of the connecting piece is sleeved with a steel sheet. The connecting device has the advantages of being high in fixing effect, beneficial to installation and capable of preventing rainwater permeation.
