The invention discloses an axial telescopic rigid connection node of a large-span glass curtain wall keel and a construction method, and belongs to the technical field of curtain wall construction. The large-span curtain wall keel reaches a larger span of 19 m and a smaller section diameter of 300 mm, so that glass can be fixed, and self load of a curtain wall is borne; and the keel also can serveas a support component of a roofing structure to bear a structure load. The top of a steel stand column is suspended on the roofing structure, the lower portion is rigidly connected to the ground, and a gap is formed between a lower steel column and the ground; and a certain gap is formed between the lower steel column and the inner wall of a sleeve. The connection node can effectively deal withvertical displacement of an upper roofing, self temperature displacement of the curtain wall keel and overall horizontal displacement of the curtain wall keel, and meets the requirements of rigid connection of the lower end of an upper steel column and axial extension. The connection node successfully solves the contradiction between the appearance and structure stress of a large-span curtain wallbuilding, effectively reduces the section size, improves the span of the keel, meanwhile, improves the construction efficiency, and reduces construction errors.
本发明的大跨度玻璃幕墙龙骨轴向可伸缩刚性连接节点及施工方法属于幕墙施工技术领域。本发明的大跨度幕墙龙骨跨度高达19m,截面直径低至300mm,不仅能够固定玻璃,承受幕墙自身荷载;还可作为屋面结构的支撑构件,承受结构荷载。钢立柱顶部吊挂在屋面结构上,下部与地面刚接,且下部钢柱与地面之间留有一段间距,下部钢柱与套筒内壁间留有一定缝隙。故本发明提出的连接节点可以有效应对上部屋面的竖向位移、幕墙龙骨自身的温度位移及幕墙龙骨整体的水平位移,满足上部钢柱下端刚接及轴向可伸缩的要求。本发明成功地解决了大跨度幕墙建筑外观与结构受力间的矛盾,有效地减小截面尺寸、提高龙骨跨度,同时提高了施工效率,减少了施工误差。
