Segmented hoisting construction method for large-span spherical crown-shaped net rack structure
The invention discloses a segmented hoisting construction method for a large-span spherical crown-shaped net rack structure. A spherical crown-shaped net rack is installed by adopting a layered and segmented hoisting method, and after a first segment of net rack assembly unit of each layer is hoisted, firstly, two back-pulling type cable ropes are arranged on the first segment of net rack assemblyunit, and the two cable ropes are spaced by a certain distance; secondly, hoisting is sequentially carried out from the next segment of net rack assembly unit, and after each segment of net rack assembly unit is hoisted, one back-pulling type cable rope is arranged on the segment of net rack assembly unit; and then, the cable rope in the middle position is removed until the segment of net rack assembly unit forms a section of radian, and all the cable ropes are removed; and finally, the subsequent net rack assembly unit is continuously hoisted until the layer of net rack is assembled. The method is mainly used for preventing the segmented net rack from being warped downwards, and the construction method is convenient, fast, safe and efficient. The aerial operation time is shortened, and the safety risk is reduced. The use efficiency of large hoisting equipment is improved, and the method is more economical than conventional installation.
