The invention discloses an access control system capable of being automatically unlocked in a fire. The access control system comprises a machine body fixedly arranged on a door, wherein a power cavity is formed in the machine body; a power device is arranged in the power cavity; a transmission cavity is formed in the machine body; a transmission device is arranged in the transmission cavity; a cooling cavity is formed in the machine body; a cooling device is arranged in the cooling cavity; a control cavity is formed in the machine body; and a control device is arranged in the control cavity.The access control system is simple in structure and simple and convenient to use; quick unlocking is realized through mechanical transmission; by arranging an electromagnet and a smoke sensor, the access control system can be automatically unlocked and opened in the fire, and a user can be timely warned through an arranged bell; and meanwhile, the temperature on the door can be effectively reduced through the arranged cooling device, and the damage to the user is reduced.
