When the inertia switch senses that the impact acceleration peak value is larger than the threshold value, the inertia switch is switched on, the current discharged by the automobile power supply or the capacitor passes through the explosive bolt circuit, the explosive bolt detonating structure is disconnected, and the door lock hook and the automobile door frame are disconnected; when the vehicle door is opened to drive the door lock hook to move too fast, the retractor can automatically lock the fabric belt, and the vehicle door is prevented from being opened rapidly.
