System and process for preparing light calcined magnesia powder from low-grade high-calcium magnesite
The invention belongs to the technical field of magnesite development. The invention provides a system and a process for preparing light calcined magnesia powder from low-grade high-calcium magnesite.The system comprises an ore homogenization pretreatment system, a two-section rotary kiln, a cooling waste heat recovery device, an elevator and a storage and packaging device which are connected insequence. The ore homogenizing pretreatment system is adopted to perform acid softening treatment on ore, the two-section rotary kiln is divided into a preheating section and a calcining section, a smoke outlet in the top of the calcining section is connected with a feeding port of the preheating section, heat of high-temperature smoke of the calcining section is recycled for preheating feeding, and a device for modifying and spraying the ore is further arranged at the front end of a heating ventilation pipe of the preheating section. According to the invention, two pretreatment processes areutilized, the decomposition temperature of magnesium carbonate is reduced, the conversion rate of magnesium oxide is effectively improved, the content of free calcium oxide is reduced, hot gas generated by high-temperature calcination decomposition of ore is used for preheating treatment before ore calcination, the energy consumption and the production cost are reduced, and the greenhouse effect is reduced through a carbon dioxide recovery device.
本发明属菱镁矿开发技术领域,提供了一种利用低品位高钙菱镁矿制备轻烧氧化镁粉的系统和工艺,系统包括依次连接的矿石均化预处理系统、两段式回转窑、冷却余热回收装置、提升机和储存打包装置:矿石均化预处理系统对矿石进行酸软化处理,两段式回转窑分为预热段和煅烧段,煅烧段顶部烟气出口连接预热段进料口,使煅烧段高温烟气热量回用以预加热进料,预热段的加热通风管前端还包括对矿石改性喷淋的装置。本发明利用两次预处理工艺,降低碳酸镁分解温度,有效提升氧化镁转化率并减少游离氧化钙的含量,同时将矿石高温煅烧分解产生的热气用于矿石煅烧前的预热处理,降低了能量消耗和生产成本,并通过二氧化碳回收装置降低温室效应。
