Preparation process of powder for artificial stone
The invention discloses a preparation process of powder for artificial stone. The process comprises the following steps: treating a selected ore raw material; subjecting the ore raw material sequentially to coarse crushing, intermediate crushing and fine crushing; sequentially carrying out coarse grinding, fine grinding and ultrafine grinding on a crushed material; elutriating a prepared powder; washing and separating coarse aggregate to prevent sand powder coating, precipitating the powder at the bottom of a mud pool; dehydrating and drying the powder precipitated at the bottom of the mud pool by using mud purification equipment; then, removing iron-titanium oxide doped in the powder by using a high magnetic separation machine, and finally, carrying out winnowing through a combined powder concentrator, so that the unqualified coarse powder is conveyed back to the ultrafine grinding step through a belt to be retreated. The powder for the artificial stone prepared by the preparation process can improve the recovery amount of the powder in the production process and improve the fineness of the powder, in addition, the blending degree with other ingredients in the artificial stone production process can be met, and the quality of an artificial stone finished product is stably improved.
本发明公开一种人造岗石用粉料的制备工艺,在精选矿石原料进行处理后,将石料依次经过粗碎、中碎和细碎,再将碎料依次进行粗磨、细磨和超细磨,制得的粉体通过淘洗,将粗骨料进行冲洗分离,避免沙石裹粉,使得粉料沉淀在泥浆池底部,利用泥浆净化设备对沉淀在泥浆池底部的粉体进行脱水干燥,然后通过强磁选机将粉体中掺杂的铁钛氧化物磁选剔除,最后通过组合式选粉机进行风选,将不合格的粗粉体再次通过皮带输送回超细磨步骤中重新处理,通过该制备工艺制得的人造岗石用粉料能够提高生产过程中粉料的回收量,并且提高粉料的精细度,此外,能够满足生产人造岗石过程中与其他配料的调配度,稳定提升人造岗石成品的质量。
