Concrete activator and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete activating agent and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The activating agent is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 33 to 42 percent of phosphorus slag, 23 to 26 percent of alkaline slag, 6 to 8 percent of silica fume, 6 to 8 percent of a reinforcing agent, 6 to 8 percent of a dispersing agent and 6 to 8 percent of water. The alkaline slag and the phosphorus slag adopted by the activating agent belong to solid waste produced by factory production, and the solid waste is recycled and then treated to a certain extent for reuse, so that environmental pollution caused by the phosphorus slag and the alkaline slag is reduced. Meanwhile, the utilization rate is also improved; chlorinein the alkaline residues is removed through a water washing method, water washing is conducted three times or more according to the water-solid ratio of 6:1, reinforcing steel bars are prevented frombeing rusted by chloride ions, and meanwhile operation is easy and most economical.
本发明公开了一种混凝土活化剂及其制备方法,属于建筑材料技术领域。所述活化剂由如下组分按照重量百分比组成:磷渣33‑42%、碱渣23‑26%、硅灰6‑8%、增强剂6‑8%、分散剂6‑8%、水6‑8%。本发明所采用的碱渣、磷渣,都属于工厂生产产生的固体废物,本发明将固体废物回收后经过一定处理再利用,减小了磷渣、碱渣造成的环境污染。同时也提高了其利用率;利用水洗法去除碱渣中的氯,按照水固比6:1的比例水洗三次以上,防止氯离子使钢筋发生锈蚀,同时操作简单,且最为经济。
