Efficient coal ash activator and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an efficient fly ash activator and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The preparation method of the activator comprises thefollowing steps: (1) adding an efficient water reducing agent, the sodium fluosilicate, the triethanolamine and the cellulose ether according to respective mass fraction proportions, reacting under preset conditions, and meanwhile, starting to stir to prepare a mixture; (2) respectively grinding the desulfurized gypsum and the calcium oxide to enable the grinding particle size to reach the standard; and (3) adding the ground desulfurized gypsum, calcium oxide and powdery instant silicic acid into water according to respective mass fractions, adding the mixture prepared in the step (1), mixingand stirring for 30 minutes to obtain the activator. A large amount of solid waste can be consumed, later shrinkage of the concrete can be reduced through reaction of the chemical gypsum and the flyash, and the problem that the early strength of the fly ash concrete is too low can be solved through the powdery instant sodium silicate.
