The invention relates to C80 concrete, a concrete filled steel tube and a preparation method thereof. The C80 concrete comprises the following raw materials by weight: 430-480 kg/m < 3 > of cement; 65-73kg/m < 3 > of fly ash microspheres; 50-58 kg/m < 3 > of silica fume; 940-980 kg/m < 3 > of broken stone; 710-750 kg/m < 3 > of sand; 52-58 kg/m < 3 > of an expanding agent; and 9.00-10.00 kg/m < 3> of a polycarboxylate superplasticizer; and air entraining agent , and 150-170kg/m < 3 > of water; wherein the mass of the air entraining agent is 0.02%-0.03% of that of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, proportionally stirring and mixing cement, fly ash microspheres, silica fume, macadam and sand to obtain a mixture; and 2, mixing themixture obtained in the step 1 with the expanding agent, the polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the air entraining agent and water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the C80 concrete. And the prepared C80 concrete has the advantages of good fluidity and cohesiveness, micro-expansibility compensation shrinkage, ultra-long initial setting time and the like, can meet the pouring and use requirements ofa large-span concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge, and fills the technical blank of ultrahigh-strength high-flow-state concrete-filled steel tube preparation and ultrahigh and ultra-long-distance pumping.
本发明涉及一种C80混凝土、钢管混凝土及其制备方法,按每方重量计包括以下原料:水泥430 kg/m~480 kg/m;粉煤灰微珠65kg/m~73 kg/m;硅灰50kg/m~58kg/m;碎石940kg/m~980 kg/m;砂710kg/m~750 kg/m;膨胀剂52kg/m~58 kg/m;聚羧酸减水剂9.00kg/m~10.00 kg/m;质量为聚羧酸减水剂的0.02%~0.03%的引气剂;水150kg/m~170 kg/m。制备方法:1、按比例将水泥、粉煤灰微珠、硅灰、碎石、砂进行搅拌混合,得到混合料;2、将步骤1得到的混合料和膨胀剂、聚羧酸减水剂、引气剂、水混合,搅拌均匀,得到C80混凝土。制备的C80混凝土具有良好的流动性和粘聚性、微膨胀性补偿收缩以及超长初凝时间等优点,可满足大跨径钢管混凝土拱桥的灌注及使用要求,填补了超高强高流态钢管混凝土制备与超高超远程泵送的技术空白。
