The method comprises the following steps that step 1: seamless construction design of a concrete super long structure is conducted, canceling of a post pouring belt in the length direction is conducted according to the length and width of a sewage pool in the sewage treatment project, continuous expansion reinforcement belts are uniformly arranged at corresponding positiongaps in the length direction of a waterproof bottom plate, a wall and a top plate structure of the sewage pool, each continuous expansion reinforcement belt is 2000 mm in width, and the spacing between every two continuous expansion reinforcement belts is 40-50 m; step 2: selection and preparation of concrete raw materials are conducted; step 3: preparation before concrete pouring is conducted; and step 4: concrete pouring and vibrating are conducted. By means of the method, the post pouring belt can be cancelled, the seamless construction of the super long concrete structure is achieved by preparing expansive concrete, the self waterproof purpose of the concrete structure is achieved, and the self impermeability, frost resistance and crack resistance properties of the concrete are effectively improved.
本发明涉及混凝土结构自防水系统的建造方法,具体涉及一种污水处理工程中混凝土结构自防水系统的建造方法,包括:步骤1:混凝土超长结构无缝施工设计,根据污水处理工程中的污水池的长、宽,在长度方向取消后浇带,并在污水池的防水底板、墙体、以及顶板结构沿长度方向的相应位置间隙均匀设置连续式膨胀加强带,连续式膨胀加强带为2000mm宽,每条连续式膨胀加强带之间的间距为40m‑50m;步骤2:混凝土原料选用、准备;步骤3:混凝土浇筑前的准备;步骤4:混凝土浇筑和振捣。本发明可取消后浇带,通过配制补偿收缩混凝土,实现混凝土超长结构无缝施工,达到混凝土结构自防水目的,有效提高混凝土自身的抗渗、抗冻、抗裂性能。
