WATERPROOF CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND WATERPROOF STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE SUBSTRATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof construction method and a waterproof structure of concrete substrate which can firmly fix a disk to a fragile concrete substrate such as foam concrete while reducing noise and vibration at the time of construction.SOLUTION: A waterproof construction method of concrete substrate comprises: an opening forming step of forming an opening 4 in a waterproof sheet 3 so as to expose a concrete substrate 2; an adhesive layer forming step of applying an adhesive agent to a surface exposed from the opening 4 of the concrete substrate 2 so as to form an adhesive layer 5; a disk adhesion step of bonding a metallic disk 6 with a size smaller than the sizes of the opening 4 and the adhesive layer 5 and having a surface on which a thermoplastic resin layer 7 is installed, to the adhesive layer 5; and a fusion step of heating the disk 6 after attaching a repairing waterproof sheet 8 to the disk 6 and fusion-fixing the thermoplastic resin layer 7 installed on the surface of the disk 6 to the repairing waterproof sheet 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工時の騒音や振動を低減しつつ、発泡コンクリート等の脆弱なコンクリート下地に対しても、ディスクを強固に固定することができる、コンクリート下地への防水工法及び防水構造を提供する。【解決手段】コンクリート下地に対する防水工法は、防水シート３に開口部４を形成して、コンクリート下地２を露出させる開口部形成工程と、コンクリート下地２の開口部４から露出する表面に接着剤を塗布して、接着剤層５を形成する接着剤層形成工程と、その大きさが開口部４および接着剤層５の大きさよりも小さく、表面に熱可塑性樹脂層７が設けられた金属製のディスク６を、接着剤層５に接着するディスク接着工程と、ディスク６に、改修用防水シート８を被せた後、ディスク６を加熱して、ディスク６の表面に設けられた熱可塑性樹脂層７と改修用防水シート８とを融着固定する融着工程と、を含む。【選択図】図１
