Annular embedded part structure of nuclear power station dry protection equipment and mounting method
The invention provides an annular embedded part structure of nuclear power station dry protection equipment. The annular embedded part structure comprises an annular plate body and anchor bars, wherein the annular plate body comprises a first semicircular annular plate and a second semicircular annular plate which are welded and fixed; the anchor bars are welded on the first annular plate and thesecond annular plate; after the annular embedded part structure is hoisted in place on site, the first annular plate and the second annular plate are horizontally arranged; concrete is poured below the first annular plate and the second annular plate; and an equipment embedded part and a reactor core form a stable whole through the anchor bars. The invention further provides a mounting method of the annular embedded part structure of the nuclear power station dry protection equipment. According to the annular embedded part structure and the mounting method thereof, the problems that the anchorbars mounted on the embedded part site are small in welding operation space, large in welding deformation, long in cross construction time with an internal structure, high in construction safety operation risk, long in construction period of occupying a key path and the like are solved; and by adopting the annular embedded part structure and the mounting method thereof, the annular plates and theanchor bars are spliced and assembled and welded into two semicircular components in a workshop, the annular plates and the anchor bars are hoisted in place on site by utilizing a tower crane, and the two semicircular components are adjusted, reinforced and assembled and welded into the complete equipment embedded part, so that the construction period can be effectively shortened, and the construction efficiency is improved.
