The invention discloses a through-wall screw hole plugging device of an external wall of a shear wall and a construction method. The device comprises templates arranged on the two sides in parallel atintervals, and is characterized in that the templates on the two sides are connected and fixed in a manner that multiple split screw preformed hole devices cooperate with square wood back edges and dual steel pipes arranged on the outer sides of the templates; each split screw preformed hole device comprises a split screw body, a PVC penetrating pipe and a holed rubber plug; the PVC penetrating pipes and the holed rubber plugs are arranged on the split screw bodies in a sleeving manner; one end of each holed rubber plug is in contact with the inner side of the template on one side, and the other ends of the holed rubber plugs are plugged into one ports of the PVC penetrating pipes; and the other ends of the PVC penetrating pipes penetrate through the template on the other side. By means of the through-wall screw hole plugging device, the problems that before through-wall screw hole plugging in tradition, boring is difficult, the work amount is large, and the plugging effect of conventional methods is not quite effective can be solved, the situation that great manpower and material resources are wasted can be avoided, and an anti-seepage effect can be achieved well.
本发明公开了一种剪力墙外墙穿墙螺杆孔封堵装置及施工方法，所述装置包括两侧平行间隔设置的模板，其特征是，两侧所述模板通过若干对拉螺杆预留孔装置配合该块模板外侧设置的方木背楞和双钢管连接固定；所述对拉螺杆预留孔装置包括对拉螺杆本体、PVC穿线管和带孔橡胶塞；所述PVC穿线管和带孔橡胶塞均套设于对拉螺杆本体上，该带孔橡胶塞一端与一侧模板内侧相接触，另一端塞入所述PVC穿线管一端口内，该PVC穿线管的另一端贯穿另一侧模板。应用本发明可以解决传统穿墙螺杆孔封堵前扩眼困难且工程量较大，常见方法封堵效果也不是很有效的问题，可以避免浪费大量人力物力，且能够很好的达到防渗漏效果。
