A shear wall screw hole plugging device comprises a plurality of first plugging plates used for plugging a screw hole, and the first plugging plates are mutually coupled; the second plugging plates are used for plugging the screw holes, and the two second plugging plates are mutually coupled; and the connecting mechanism is connected with the first plugging plate and the second plugging plate. According to the device, each first plugging plate can independently pass through a screw hole, so that one person can send out the first plugging plates from the indoor screw hole indoors, and then the first plugging plates are spliced into an integral circular plate by controlling the connecting rods fixedly connected to the first plugging plates; the first plugging plate at the outer end of the screw cavity can be placed by one person, so that the labor force is effectively reduced, and the cost is saved; the two mutually coupled second plugging plates can be conveniently limited on an indoor wall by nuts, so that a closed cavity is formed between the first plugging plate and the second plugging plates, the screw hole plugging work is completed by one person, and the labor force is effectively reduced.
