The invention relates to a hanging basket for high-altitude operation. The hanging basket for high-altitude operation comprises a basket frame, a lifting mechanism and a hanging mechanism and is usedfor high-altitude construction operation of a building, wherein a suspended beam or a fixture which is enough to hang the hanging basket and the weight of an operator in the hanging basket is arrangedabove an operation area of the building; the basket frame is used for standing operation of the high-altitude operator; the lifting mechanism is connected to the basket frame; the height between thebasket frame and the operation area can be adjusted by adjusting the connection position of the lifting mechanism and the basket frame; the hanging mechanism is connected with the lifting mechanism; the hanging mechanism is used for hanging the lifting mechanism and the connected basket frame on the suspended beam or the fixture above the operation area; and the hanging mechanism is provided witha self-locking device for locking the hanging connection of the hanging mechanism and the suspended beam or the fixture. The invention provides an operation platform which can adapt to the high-low position change of the operation area, has a simple structure, is convenient to use and is flexible and safe for the high-altitude operator, saves a scaffold required by the common high-altitude operation and improves the working efficiency and the economic benefit.
