Each of the first pay-off mechanisms and the second pay-off mechanisms comprises a speed sensor; the pay-off speed of the first pay-off mechanism and the pay-off speed of the second pay-off mechanism are detected through the speed sensor; and when the pay-off speed of the first pay-off mechanism and the pay-off speed of the second pay-off mechanism are unbalanced, the control box controls the safety rope brake to tightly lock the second steel wire rope, and the position of the suspension platform is fixed.
