The invention relates to the field of vehicle electronic control, in particular to an anti-pinch circuit, an anti-pinch circuit device and an anti-pinch circuit method for positioning ripple waves ofa vehicle window precisely and a vehicle. The circuit comprises a driving current collecting module and a control module, wherein the driving current collecting module is used for collecting a drivingcurrent of a vehicle window motor; and the control module is used for acquiring the value of the driving current and the quantity of the ripple waves to judge the position of vehicle window glass, and the control module is configured to control a vehicle window motor to stop rotating when the position belongs to a preset stopping area and to control disconnection of the driving current collectingmodule and the vehicle window motor within a preset time after the vehicle window motor stops rotating. After the vehicle window motor stops, the control module controls disconnection of the drivingcurrent collecting module and the vehicle window motor, so that a relay is resilient to not affect the wave form the ripple wave current in the disconnection process, and therefore, the positioning precision and reliability of the ripple wave anti-pinch module are improved.
